SSE have recently sponsored the Tavneena 125th School Anniversary in Charlestown Co. Mayo. As part of “The Gathering Ireland 2013” and to celebrate 125 years, Tavneena National School are hosting a number of events in the Park Hotel, Kiltimagh this weekend to mark the occasion.

The “One for ALL” 6 KM walk in memory of Liam McNamara will take place in Louisburgh in Co. Mayo on Saturday 6th July. Liam was 37 when he passed away last July following a two and a half year battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL). |

About Kiltulla Community House
Kiltulla Community House is a residential house providing full-time residential accommodation for five individuals with special needs. Kiltulla provide an integrated day programme three days per week, which is firmly rooted in the likes and wishes of the individuals the house supports. Their aim is to provide a homely, comfortable, and safe environment for the people in the house, maximising each individual’s opportunity to engage in ordinary everyday life experiences, and in activities that matter to them. |

We rounded up quite a few local lads and persuaded them to take part in November. The shaving took place November 26th in Mc Hugh’s bar Castlegar. |
